Application Information – How to Apply

The property for which you are applying is managed by a Property Manager who provides quality properties for business.  They want to ensure their tenants will be good neighbors in the community.  This application and the background check which will be processed will allow validation of the information you are providing.

Our provider:PREFERRED SCREENING PROFILES, a division of Innovative Principal Strategies, LLC will process the background check.

The application takes only a few minutes.  Each page will validate as you go complete it.

To prepare for completing your application, please organize your attachments for uploading to your application. Information you will need:

  • Rental Information, including Property Manager and Rental Address
  • Your business information
  • Your personal information
  • References – Personal and Past Business Landlord contact information
  • Upload attachments – Photo ID
  • Credit or Debit Card for the Application Fee Payment
  •            Application fees are: $50 for each Applicant

Please be sure your references know they may be contacted.

Co-Guarantors must fill out the appropriate background check.

You are responsible for the ACCURACY of the information you provide on this application.  Miss-spellings or missing information may delay processing, or may cause the application to be rejected.  (Sorry, no refunds for errors or omissions on your part.)

Your perspective Landlord/Property Manager will receive a copy of this application, including attachments, and a completed background check report for evaluation.  Preferred Screening Profiles provides fact based information.  We do not make the rental decision, that is made by your Landlord/Property Manager.
